Personal Assistant to CEO at Avant Tech, Lagos, Nigeria
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.
This role is designed to free up time for the Business Development Manager/PA to the CEO by handling routine tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and discreet, with a strong ability to follow instructions and manage basic administrative processes.
Requirements
Administrative Support
- Manage office filing, document organization, and record-keeping.
- Draft and send meeting reminders, follow-up notes, and standard correspondence.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Handle office supplies procurement and general logistics.
- Support travel arrangements (hotel bookings, flight confirmations, etc.).
Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating internal team activities and scheduling.
- Provide clerical support for projects and events.
- Ensure timely handling of routine errands and minor tasks.
- Confidentiality & Boundaries
- The Executive Assistant will focus solely on routine administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related
- field.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Business Development Manager/PA to the CEO.
- Provides direct support to the CEO by ensuring smooth administrative operations.
