Salary: 105,000 + data allowance
Job Summary
FMR Agency is seeking a tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our client with both administrative duties and digital-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital tools and platforms, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and events using digital calendar tools.
- • Digital Communications: Manage emails, draft professional correspondence, and handle inquiries across various digital platforms.
- • Social Media Management: Assist in content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
- • Data Management: Maintain digital files, organize cloud storage, and manage CRM or task management tools.
- • Research & Reporting: Conduct online research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- • Content & Website Support: Assist in managing website content, basic updates, and overseeing analytics (if required).
- • Tech-Savvy Assistance: Utilize tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar for project coordination and task tracking.
- • Event Coordination: Plan virtual or in-person events, including managing digital invites and tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
- • Expense Tracking: Use apps or software to monitor expenses, invoices, and budget tracking.
- • Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands and miscellaneous tasks to support the principal’s daily life.
Qualifications and Skills
- • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, with demonstrated digital skills.
- • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media apps, and project management software.
- • Knowledge of basic website management (e.g., WordPress or similar) is a plus.
- • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning new software and platforms.
- • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- • Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
