We are seeking a phone and laptop repair technician to work with us as associate and fix our phones and laptops, including that of our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Repair and certify phones and Laptop
2. Perform software and drivers installation and upgrade
3. Advice client on leading technology as relate phones and laptops.
4. Train and mentor apprentice on the job

Requirements & Skills

1. Good knowledge of iPhone and Samsung phone repair
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Good Negotiation and customer service skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Drives for continuous improvement.
7. Technical Cert/SSCE/ND
