Job Title: Process & Project Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The role holder will be meeting with clients to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that the client’s business needs to have or requires improvement.
  • Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, and creating new business strategies in line with the clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
  • Conducting site visits to analyze established processes.
  • Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel.
  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
  • Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
  • Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
  • Understands and can manage projects and processes from conceptualization till completion.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
  • Identify issues and risks.
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processes

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Sc / University Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Previous working experience as a Business or Process Analyst for 3 years
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visio and so on
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Data-driven approach.
