Key Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Process Improvement: Proactively identify process improvement and innovation opportunities within the data analysis function.
• 📊 Data Visualization: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to make complex data easily understandable and actionable for stakeholders.
• 🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders within Product Development.
• 📈 Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify and model trends, patterns, and customer behavior related to product performance.
• 📝 Data Interpretation: Interpret data and present findings in a clear and actionable format to support decision-making processes.
• 📉 Metric Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• 💡 Culture of Experimentation: Promote a culture of experimentation and testing within the Product Development teams.
• 🛠️ Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and UX researchers to align data analysis efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 🛠️ Technical Skills: Experienced with SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory etc.).
• 🗣️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• 📈 Experience: 2+ years experience working as a Data Analyst with Product and Engineering teams.
• 🎓 Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 🏭 Industry knowledge: iGaming experience is a plus, although not mandatory
