Product Designer at Gamma Mobility, Lagos, Nigeria

We’re looking for an ambitious product designer to join our design team at Gamma Mobility. You’ll work closely with the design, engineering teams, and other departments to create a seamless experience from 0 – 1 and iterate fast based on users and business feedback

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Own design problems end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user insights, and business needs.
• Help define and evolve our design system and visual language.
• Contribute to a culture of critique, experimentation, and improvement.

Requirements

You might be a fit if you:

• 2–4 years experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile).
• Strong portfolio that shows your design process, systems thinking, and visual craft.
• Exposure to user research, testing, and analytics.
• Very familiar with design system
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well cross-functionally with other teams
• Comfortable working in Figma, and open to learning new tools.
• Good communicator who can present ideas clearly and thoughtfully.
• Empathy for users, curiosity about their needs, and a desire to solve for them.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and proactive about bringing clarity.
