Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Inspections to enhance and manage our mobile application and data architecture used for asset inspections. This role focuses on the development and integration of systems to streamline inspection processes, improve data handling, and enhance overall inspection quality for equipment to be sold at auction. The ideal candidate will ensure robust and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the development and enhancement of the mobile app used by inspectors to perform asset inspections, ensuring it meets the evolving business needs.
• Manage the data architecture for storing and processing inspection data generated by the mobile app.
• Integrate various systems via APIs to ensure smooth data transfer and system functionality across platforms.
• Develop and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure high standards are maintained by inspectors.
• Innovate scheduling and deployment strategies for inspectors to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion the premium inspection service, positioning it as a preferred choice for customers by emphasizing quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably with mobile applications and data management systems.
• Strong technical proficiency, including experience with APIs and complex data architectures.
• Experience in logistics or operations management, particularly in scheduling and deploying field personnel.
• Ability to design and implement quality control processes to ensure service excellence.
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the capability to drive major initiatives and make impactful decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
