Job Title: Product Manager

Join us as a Product Manager and play a key role in shaping the future.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision for a specific area within Layover.ing, leading its development from ideation to execution.
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze user data, and identify customer needs and pain points.
• Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure development aligns with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Craft compelling user stories and product requirements that meet both user needs and technical feasibility.
• Prototype and test new features, iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Champion Layover.ing’s unique user experience, ensuring our app is intuitive, delightful, and truly empowers travelers.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to inform future iterations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present a clear product vision.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the travel or mobile app space.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and current market trends.
• Proven ability to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in analyzing user data and product performance.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building delightful user experiences and a love for travel are essential!
