Product Manager at Omnidian, Remote (Australia)
As our Product Manager, your job is to take our strong foundation and shape it into a repeatable, scalable, and market-leading service offering. You’ll define and package our products so they resonate with customers, generate leads, and are consistently deliverable by our operations team.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, and collaborating with the President (Australia), Marketing Manager, and U.S.-based Product team, you’ll lead the charge in translating what we can do into what we should offer — building clarity in our go-to-market motion, streamlining proposals, and enabling more effective delivery through standardisation.
This is a role for someone who knows how to align market demand with internal capability — who can see both the customer experience and the operational reality — and who knows that the best products aren’t just sold, they’re built to be delivered.

What You’ll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
Product Design (50%) – defining products to meet the needs of the market
- Define our core service offerings — packaging up our most valuable and repeatable capabilities into clear, marketable “products”
- Develop standard pricing models, inclusions/exclusions, and proposal templates that reduce ambiguity and increase sales velocity
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product offerings are clearly articulated in lead-gen campaigns and web content
- Work with Sales (President, Australia and VP Growth) to refine how offers are positioned, pitched, and evolved based on market feedback
- Partner with legal counsel to ensure service offerings are reflected accurately in contract terms and commercial agreements
Product Delivery (50%) – working across the team to prototype and deliver to meet client expectations
- Translate product definitions into clear operational workflows — working with the operations team to define handoffs, SLAs, and delivery responsibilities
- Working with the software engineering team, identify where technology, automation, or documentation can drive efficiency and reduce bespoke effort
- Build feedback loops between delivery and product so we can evolve what we offer based on what works
Who You Are
You exhibit many of the following:
Product & Commercial Acumen

- You bring a commercial mindset to product decisions and are comfortable navigating trade-offs between customer desirability, operational feasibility, and profitability
Operational Thinking
- You understand how work gets done — and can translate product definitions into clear, repeatable processes
- You’ve worked closely with operations teams before and can balance the needs of scale with flexibility
Project & Stakeholder Management

- You can distil complex ideas into digestible formats and ensure alignment across commercial, delivery, and legal teams
Customer & Market Insight
- You’re curious about customer needs and market dynamics — and know how to turn insights into better products
- You value evidence over assumption and use data, feedback, and patterns to guide decisions

- Proven experience defining and packaging service offerings
- Strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration across commercial and delivery teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills
Experience That’s a Plus
