Job Title: Product Manager
PVcase is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. The role will play a vital role in our efforts to expand the value of our B2B SaaS product. The ideal candidate will blend customer-centricity, stakeholder management, engineering, and design skills to meet our business goals. The Product Manager will drive the expansion of our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that reduces reliance on fragmented software, enhances customer retention, and accelerates revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute a product strategy for the respective domain.
- Own and drive business metrics and product analytics.
- Proactively set measurable product outcomes connected to the business strategy.
- Validate customer problems through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Continuously engage with users to discover and validate new opportunities that align with product goals.
- Manage and communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to align on areas of opportunity.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to deliver product improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years working as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, web-based SaaS products that serve the needs of both customers and the business.
- Passion for developing customer empathy, problem solving, and learning.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in bringing new products to market.
- Comfort in driving strategy discussions with both non-technical and technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and prioritization skills to identify and communicate what should be worked on and why.
- Bias towards working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B SaaS desktop web applications.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 gross yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
