Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a super-organised individual with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a background in managing end to end digital projects within a tight-knit agency environment. Based remotely, you will play a core role in delivering projects, and facilitate communications with our distributed team on high impact work for respected organisations situated in the EdTech division. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams in data journalism, information design, UX/UI design, data visualisation engineers and strategy. You’ll support the growth of the Pod in delivering new, innovative and exciting projects and products, whilst benefiting from our flexible work-life approach. As part of the next stage of growth, you will receive full backing and stewardship from the General Manager as well as Founder & CEO.

With a global distributed network, your role plays a key part in ensuring we deliver projects by facilitating communications with our distributed network of talent on high-impact, dynamic projects for respected organisations. Whilst our Fridays are an opportunity to get creative, innovate and build our own products that scale. Called Future Fridays, this initiative is infogr8’s celebration of bringing creativity to data. Our dedicated space provides an opportunity to take on visual data experiments, solve real world challenges and gaps in the market – all within the values of curious, cross-collaborative teams.

Background and skills

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in managing and delivering digital projects is a must
  • Working with clients’ insights and data in your existing role is a plus
  • An excellent communicator with strong, empathic interpersonal skills, confident with account management, client relationship building and presenting work and ideas
  • A global orientation, able to coordinate diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread across geographies
  • Well organised, structured and diligent, you gain praise for your planning skills
  • Proactive, high energy individual with bags of self-motivation and initiative

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality by managing the full lifecycle
  • Facilitate communication as a central point of contact, delighting clients, spotting opportunities and pitching ideas
  • Become a Senior Project Manager in training, always improving your project management skills and building confidence in maintaining the vision of the work from end to end
  • Support the day to day operations; you will be able to pick up repeatable systems quickly and be proactive to assist the General Manager across the growth schedule
  • Able to spot and solve potential challenges before they become issues
