Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate projects aligned with the organizational strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and budget.
• Allocate resources efficiently, manage risks and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Skills:

• Negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate key messages clearly and concisely.
• Project management under hybrid methodologies (Water-Scrum-Fall), problem anticipation and bottleneck management.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, with a focus on solving problems and maintaining positive relationships.
• Experience in software, cloud and emerging technologies (microservices, DevOps, etc.).

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in technological project management.
• Experience in fixed-price contracts and handling of project management methodologies (agile and traditional).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, software development and continuous delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and teams.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of digital product life cycle and experience in user experience (UX).
• Experience with agile methodologies.
