JOB OVERVIEW

Radical Share is looking for a Project Manager, Technology, to support the development of website technology for our portfolio of clients – from project intake and planning through successfully delivery. As the Project Manager, Technology you will be responsible the gathering of business requirements, working with cross-functional team members on creating a project plan, ensuring the delivery of each project milestone and providing regular updates to business leaders and executives.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for and strong understanding of Project Management principles. They must also be nimble and be able to effectively manage change as well as clearly communicate to business leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and manage an effective project management process and champion that process throughout the Radical Share organization
• Create detailed project plans for large-scale web projects and web product development
• Manage the intake of new tasks/changes/projects/web product and present new requests to leadership for prioritization
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements
• Actively champion PMO best practices to drive better project  planning, execution, prioritization and change management

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3-5 years experience in project management, managing concurrent initiatives, preferably for web technology projects
• PMP certification is a plus
• Hands on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Air Table
• Strong written, verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology and technology project management is a plus.
