Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety in our production facility. The successful candidate will work on a rotating shift schedule, alternating days with our existing QA Officer.

Responsibilities

– Monitor and control food production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
– Conduct regular quality checks and inspections
– Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety protocols
– Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
– Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

– 4+ year of experience in a food production company
– Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles
– Ability to work night shifts (2am start) and rotate days off – One day on and One day Off shift
To Resume anytime at night (we start production like 2am)

Then close after production the next day (between 4 and 5pm)
– Male candidates preferred
– Availability to start immediately
