Real Estate Sales Executive

About the job

To plan and carry out marketing and sales of all company products and services,

Candidates must be resident around Festac Town, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure new sales are made as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly target
  • Generate new leads for all company’s products and services
  • Engage the leads generated regularly
  • Convert the leads to loyal customers
  • Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary
  • Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company
  • Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing

Qualifications

  • A minimum of ND in Marketing or related fields
  • Proven experience in Marketing and sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
  • At least, two (2) years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment
  • Interpersonal and people skills
  • Communication skills (both written and speaking)
  • Time management
  • Record history of target meeting
