Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service personnel is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and record-keeping tools)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) is an added advantage
  • Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused
