Eligibility Criteria:

  • Admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon

  • International student (not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; not eligible for U.S. federal aid)

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA

  • Demonstrated financial need

  • Strong academic record and communication skills

  • Experience in cultural activities and presentations

  • Sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship

13 February 2026 – 4:00 p.m. (PST)

  • New students must apply for UO admission by 15 January 2026 (Fall 2026 intake)

How to Apply:

For New Students:

  1. Apply for admission to the University of Oregon (Fall 2026) by 15 January 2026

  2. Obtain UO Student ID via Admissions Status Portal

  3. Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard

  4. Complete the Profile, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and ICSP Scholarship Application

For Continuing Students:

  1. Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard using Duck ID

  2. Complete the Profile, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and ICSP Scholarship Application

Additional Notes/Requirements:

  • Recipients must complete 66–80 hours of cultural service per year

  • Cultural service may include school/community presentations, cultural demonstrations, or participation in international campus events

  • Scholarship is competitive, and service commitment is mandatory

  • Reference letters must be submitted by the deadline
