Roles and Responsibilities
- Logging disputes on the dispute portals and with our processors.
- Ensuring that feedback is provided on disputes logged within 5 working days.
- Refund our cardholders for accepted disputes in a timely and accurately.
- Ensuring that funds for accepted disputes are reversed to our settlement accounts.
- Resolving complaints raised by customers on the app.
- Handle other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Good analytical skills, high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Be an effective team player with a positive attitude.
- Minimum of three (2) years experience in a similar role.
- Be Smart and agile.
- Based in Lagos.
- Experienced in financial institution, especially Fintech (ie large base of transactions), would be an advantage.
- Need for enthusiasm and interest in the role ie accounting, reporting, cost control.
- Focused on timelines and milestones; extremely organised.
- Doer mentality.
- Pay attention to details.
