Job Title: Recruitment Executives (Internship or professional Placement)
1 year Contract (Renewable), Remote Work.

We have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and interns to get recruited and practise as a Recruitment Executive. This opportunity will enable the intern gain international experience while working remotely with specialist.
Key Responsibility:
Will be trained to:
- Assist recruitment specialist to oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of employees (applicants)
- Assist with organising, and maintaining job applicant’s records such as the right to work, processes, certificates, employee contracts, CVs etc.
- support applicants and employees with the right tools and enabling them to ensure eligibility requirement is optimised, identified, and required, facilitating appropriate interventions.
- Update and implement applicants’ databases to ensure all documents are updated for their specific role.
- understand regulations, requirements, and best practices to ensure our applicants are recruited and retained.
Skill and Knowledge:
- Good Time Management skill, with an ability to prioritise important tasks and projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail
- Computer Literacy (MS Office in particular)
Requirement:
- Minimum of HND.
- Minimum academic grade – Second Class lower (2:2)
- Access to own workspace and computer (Remote Work)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Available to work full-time
- Ability to learn fast with high problem-solving skill
