We are looking for a Reservations & Sales Agent to join the Reservations team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel in Great Milton, Oxfordshire. The role is responsible for taking reservations for Rooms, Restaurant, Raymond Blanc Cookery School and the Raymond Blanc Gardening School. The role also involves answering enquiries, sales and talking with our guests about the services that we offer. You will be expected to organise special requests and communicate with all departments within the hotel to ensure that our guests receive the highest standard of service.Our people have a unique passion for delivering excellence to the highest standard. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a reservations department or guest focused role
• Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner
• Have good organisational and computer skills
• Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
• Be someone who wants to learn and develop
