Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

As one of our Sales Development Representatives, you’ll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you’ll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.

  • Teamwork champion: You build strong relationships in our revenue team and collaborate closely with your peers and you are determined to achieve success.
  • Creative risk taker: You are well versed in effective outbound outreach techniques that cut through the noise (emails, cold calls, videos, social) and you are confident qualifying prospects for our AE team.
  • Strong Communicator: You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills. You can effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Owner mindset: You’re passionate about Deel’s product and mission and positively display this at every interaction with our target market.

What you need to succeed:

  • Ambitious: You have 1+ years experience in sales development ideally selling software-led products B2B.
  • Seen success: You are consistently achieving metrics and you are motivated to be part of a growth journey.
  • Builder: You’re willing and able to build out strong pipelines , whilst fluidly partnering with an AE.
  • Native-level Spanish speaker

Bonus Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams.
  • Previous experience as an Enterprise SDR.
  • Previous experience working in a scale-up environment.
