Job Title: Sales Development Representative
We are now looking for an energetic self-starter SDR to join the team (The role could be anywhere in Europe, working remote)
What will you be doing?
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or emails
- Conducting a comprehensive search, qualification, and outreach process to identify and connect with new prospects (Global market, focus on European market)
Requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of work experience in Business Development / Sales with capacity for SaaS products
- Tools experience: Industry-standard systems – HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to balance independence with collaboration – capture key input from stakeholders and effectively execute the work.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales process, personas, and sales motion.
- Fluent Business English – both verbally and with written communication
- Fast thinker, delivery oriented, resourceful, driven, organized, and highly collaborative – a Team player!
Advantages:
- Background from the Freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in other languages such as German, Italian or Spanish.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment
