JOB TITLE: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support business growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with sales ability to identify client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and support successful deal closures. This role requires close collaboration with the Business Development team and technical operations to deliver tailored engineering solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations
• Understand customer requirement and recommend suitable engineering solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals quotations and tender document support the sale team during negotiations and contract discussion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Proven track record of supporting or closing B2B technical sales.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
