As a Sales Executive at Metro Shelter Realty, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

– Actively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
– Present and promote our properties to prospective clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with other team members to coordinate property viewings, marketing strategies, and client follow-ups.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
– Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating new business.
– Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
