Key Responsibilities:

– Meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
– Conducting market research and analyzing sales trends
– Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company objectives

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (BSCE)
– Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
