Job Position: Sale Executive

Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Description

The right candidates will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Generation of Sales leads.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting prospects and potential clients to evaluate needs
  • promote brand products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Attend to client inquiry on brand , products, prices, etc
  • Meet the brand monthly set target.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in sales with 4 – 5 years experience an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Competency in use of microsoft applications including word,excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.
  • Previous experience in sales roles is an added advantage.
