About the job
Responsibilities
• Acquisition of new clients.
• Consistently achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Creating and implementing plans to deliver new businesses from new market segments.
• Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
• Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
• Overseeing and developing sales campaigns.
• Create and update client profiles.
• All other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
Skills
• Excellent networking, selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing or related skills.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
