Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and meetings to showcase our financial offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
