Sales Executive (Concrete/Building Materials)

Job Description

We are currently looking for Sales executives with an experience in selling building-related materials to promote high quality ready-mix concrete products, and generate constant sales.

A diligent executive who can expand our customer reach and build customer relationships, while providing technical support to customers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete and cement.
• Meet and surpass sales target; develops a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for customers that will enable the Company to reach its profit goals.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains new and existing customers.
• Handles customer questions, issues, and concerns and seeks to resolve them in the most cost-effective and timely way possible.
• To improve market coverage and develop new market segments / Application fields.
• Negotiate with customers in the best interest of Sujimoto.
• To achieve the annual sales target assigned to the team and individual.
• Proceed with all quotations and offers, sales contracts, debt collection, and all official letters related to customers.

Requirement

• Having a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience and concrete/cement or building materials industry knowledge would be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent Business/Financial Acumen – the ability to specify and capture business opportunities and make vital financial and business decisions that drive high levels of business results.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a customer-focused philosophy
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Experience in selling building-related materials.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
