Sales Manager
Requirements

- 3-5 years of Sales or Account Management experience
- 1-3 years of people management experience
- Bonus points if you have been a part of a sales team on the ground floor or have impacted a major GTM
- This is a Massachusetts based role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to Workable’s growth directly by hitting (and exceeding!) new business Branded Job Board targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Will lead and grow the Branded Job Board team with one current direct report and will continue to scale the team
- Will set the branded job board sales policy, KPIs, and initiatives. They will set short-term and long-term Branded Job Board sales objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of the current program
- Will lead business development of strategic member association accounts and close new business for the Branded Job Board team. Will manage the sales process including negotiating pricing, helping to build a business case, and guiding the prospect through their internal procurement, security process, and legal
- Will own relationship with partners post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Will work with partners and their members to secure paid sponsorship banners and additional sponsored advertisement revenue streams. Will then work with the Workable product team along with partners to leverage a portion of sponsorship revenue towards advertising in order to maximize candidate flow
- Will operate as an Account Manager, working closely with partner to ensure their success in terms of membership company participation and job posting participation
- Being a new product, this role will require collaborating with sales leadership, product, and executives within Workable to ensure its growth and success
- Maintain an accurate pipeline for company-wide forecasting
