We are a reputable manufacturing company in Nigeria. We are currently seeking dedicated and results-oriented Sales representaives to join our sales team. As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth. You will play a vital role in building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

– Present, promote, and sell our products to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value proposition.

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

– Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.

– Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or challenges.

– Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the sales manager.

– Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments to remain competitive in the market.

– Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and showcase our products.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.

– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and achieve targets.

– Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills..

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
