Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Department: Sales
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Generate new sales leads
• Qualify and qualify sales leads
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
• Close sales deals
• Track and report on sales activity
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry or willing to learn
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
• 2-7 year of experience in sales or a related field
Requirements:
• Negotiation skills
• Confident
• Ability to work with target
• Self motivated
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and dedication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint Presentation
Added Advantage:
Reside within or around Ota, Ogun State.
Compensation: Competitive salary + commission + performance-based bonus. (Can earn up to 800k monthly).
Additional Information:
NOTE: This role is only for someone who is smart, poised and passionate about the Real estate industry and he/she is willing to transition into sales. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the real estate or willing to learn and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of having a property to potential customers.
