A creative writer – You love producing captivating content for all mediums strategic and technical.

You will produce a wide range of content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages, website copy, sales collateral, and more. Project management skills are critical for this role. You need to be organized, methodic, and capable of keeping multiple projects ongoing at the same time. While the role exists primarily within the marketing team, it will also be required to contribute written materials for the sales, customer success, talent coach teams.

Working closely with our team of content writers, you will be editing and reviewing all content produced at Plato.

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE

• • 2-3 years of similar experience
  • Extreme fluency in English
  • Strong Content Editing Experience – You have an eye and experience in editing long-form content
  • Content Planning and Strategy – You can support your manager with planning and strategizing all content
  • Follow-through on commitments – You live up to verbal and written agreements, regardless of personal cost
  • Humble and Growth mindset – You’re humble and you’re always finding ways to grow in your skills and mindset with books, mentors, training…
  • Openness to feedback and ideas – You often solicit feedback and react calmly to criticism or negative feedback
  • Organization and planning – You can plan, organize, schedule, budget in an efficient, productive manner while focusing on key priorities
  • Customer Empathy – You understand the underlying needs and feelings of customers to deliver a delightful experience

REQUIREMENTS – NICE TO HAVE

• • Experience working in the tech industry and SaaS is a plus
  • Proficient with tech tools (at ease with Coda, Zapier, etc.) – You’re are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and able to work their way through any new process or tool.
  • Experience with Content SEO
  • Research Mindset – You like to be the interviewer, collect primary research data, and deliver research projects.
  • Flexibility/adaptability – You can adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. You cope effectively with complexity and change
  • Creativity/innovation – You generates new and innovative approaches to problems
  • Teamwork – Reaching out to peers to establish an overall collaborative working relationship
  • Communication – You speak and write clearly and articulate without being overly verbose or talkative
  • Enabler attitude to coordinate our internal efforts with a soft touch

YOUR KEYS MISSIONS

• • Developing content for Plato’s blogs, socials, and case studies
  • Take ownership and create content for community-led initiatives like industry reports, e-books, white papers, etc…
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
  • Ideate and produce content to benefit our SEO/SEA needs
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
