Insight7 is building the customer intelligence platform for product teams and we are looking for a  motivated Senior Product Designer to join our product development team. Your skills should be more than about aesthetics. We are looking for someone who understands and can apply design principles and frameworks to building efficient experiences for users.

Our platform provides real-time insights to business professionals such as product managers, designers and marketers through an easy-to-use web interface. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design for our core product with ownership of creative vision, design strategy and execution.

You’ll work closely with the team to frame user needs and behavior, define optimized user flow, and tweak pixels before launch. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary UX, product management and engineering team to deliver thoughtful and polished design work that is grounded in solid research and validation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, concept ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to inform design iterations and improvements.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, and apply them to enhance our platform’s user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design for web or mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Must have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred.
