Job Title: Senior Product Manager
About the role
As a Senior Scoring Product Manager, you will work with a dedicated engineering cross-functional team that builds and maintains Tabby’s scoring of both customers and merchants. You will be the true owner of your roadmap, responsible for the full cycle of the product development process from quarterly OKR’s setting and ideation to launch and ensuring your features deliver the right business outcome.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:
- You will be driving Tabby’s scoring experience for a wide range of Tabby products in all regions of Tabby’s presence.
- Your key metrics will be to balance the conversion and unpaid debts ratio.
- You will be closely engaged with Scoring operational team to cover the strategic aspects including product vision definition, roadmap creation and business case creation, keeping business value delivery as the core focus.
We expect that you
- Have proven track record of successfully delivered eCommerce Anti-Fraud initiatives.
- Confident in working independently in your cross-functional team, and representing your domain on the C-level forum.
- Can both come up with ideas and research best practices in the market and apply the best of them to implement in your product.
- Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
- Able to gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery.
- Are fluent in English, have great communication skills and able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
