Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer and front-end developer to join a fintech startup delivering high-end, social impact-led financial services. The candidate will work closely with the management and engineering team to design user experiences and interface for our solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (>3 years) in UI/UX design or front-end development in an academic or professional environment.
• Experience with or interest in common prototyping/design tools (Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Figma, etc).
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript & CSS.
• Competent with graphic design and layout, user-interface design, user experience, illustrations.
• Able to understand the bigger picture and approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
• Self-managing, independent, able to take initiative and see work through to completion.
• Work with an expert outside consultant to review completed deliverables.
