Job Title: Seo specialist
Due to the opening of a new project, we are looking for an SEO Specialist who will play a key role in the launch, setup and management of the SEO product.
Key tasks:
- Creating and implementing a long-term SEO strategy
- Technical website optimization
- Link building and working with external links
- Increase organic traffic and search engine rankings
- Adaptation to changes and updates of algorithms
- Monitoring and analysis of effectiveness

Tasks for the probationary period (2-3 months)
- Technical audit of the site: Prepare a report on technical errors and a plan for their elimination
- Competitive Analysis: Perform a comprehensive analysis of competitors in the market.
- Website Optimization: Fix critical technical issues found in the audit
- Content Optimization: Conduct on-page optimization of all existing pages, including adjustments to meta tags, headings, text and internal links.
- Link Building: Start a campaign to build quality external links from local and relevant resources.
- Testing and Launching the Site: Ensure that the site is fully optimized for launch and ready for indexing.
- Primary Traffic: Attract first visitors to the site through organic search queries. 500-1000 unique organic visitors
Main areas of Responsibility And Duties
- Development and implementation of a long-term SEO strategy for promoting online casinos and betting.
- Comprehensive Competitive Analysis:Â Researching competitors’ SEO strategies, identifying opportunities to improve our rankings, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting an SEO audit of the site:Â Technical and content audit with further optimization of loading speed, mobile version, site structure and internal link profile.
- Creation of a system of internal and external optimization:Â Implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategy with an emphasis on:
- Mobile optimization (priority for the Asian market).
- Localization of keywords and adaptation of content for local audiences.
- Link Building and External Link Management:Â Developing a strategy for building quality backlinks, collaborating with local sites, blogs and platforms to obtain organic links.
- Content Strategy and Content Management:Â Working with a team of copywriters to create SEO-optimized, localized content (reviews, guides, articles) that will meet audience needs and search engine algorithms.
- Satellite Creation and Management:Â Development of additional sites (satellites) that will support the main site through the creation of unique content and backlinks.
- Using PBN (Private Blog Network):Â If necessary, creating and managing a PBN network to strengthen the link profile of the main site, with an emphasis on quality and safe links.
- Cross-branding and affiliate programs:Â Initiation and development of cross-branding partnerships with other companies and sites to exchange traffic and increase brand authority.
- Monitoring and analyzing results:Â Regularly tracking search engine rankings, analyzing key metrics, and adjusting strategy using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Use of innovative SEO tactics:Â Use of grey SEO methods (if necessary), such as doorways, cloaking and traffic interception, taking into account legal restrictions.
- Testing new approaches:Â Continuously implementing new techniques and adapting strategies based on search engine algorithm updates.
 Experience and required skills
- Experience as an SEO specialist in iGaming, online betting or related highly competitive industries (minimum 3 years).
- Expertise in Technical SEOÂ : Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptÂ
- Local Market Knowledge : Understanding the specifics of SEO promotion in the markets of Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines.
- Experience with link building : Ability to create strategies for building high-quality external links, including local resources.
- Knowledge of SEO tools : Confident use of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog and other specialized tools.
- Content Strategy Skills : Experience collaborating with content managers and copywriters to create SEO-optimized content.
- Understanding of grey and black hat SEO techniques : Experience with cloaking, doorways, VPN and proxy.
- Analytical and Decision Making Skills : Ability to analyze results, interpret data, and make changes to SEO strategy.
- High level of English from B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Adaptability and desire for development : Constantly monitoring changes in search engine algorithms and promptly responding to innovations.
