Relevant Skills, Qualifications, Attributes & Experience

• Candidates should possess a BSc / HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant course of study.
• Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience in SME Lending in any Financial Institution (preferably a Microfinance Bank/ Finance house)
• Ability to evaluate the needs of customers and determine what products or services would best serve those needs
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
