Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist
This position exists to support the company’s mission of delivering high-impact social commerce solutions through effective content creation, influencer relationship management, and strategic social media operations. The role bridges the gap between creative content production and business operations, ensuring seamless execution of social media campaigns while providing crucial support to key team members. Due to immediate business needs, we’re seeking an experienced professional who can hit the ground running and proactively manage responsibilities with minimal ramp-up time.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Creation & Management
- Edit raw video content for TikTok format optimization
- Create engaging captions using ChatGPT and other tools
- Develop content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Prepare and schedule posts across multiple channels
Influencer Relations
- Manage communications with influencers for TikTok campaigns
- Use templates to streamline influencer outreach
- Follow up and maintain influencer relationships
- Coordinate campaign details and deliverables
Administrative Leadership
- Coordinate with Danni and Sarah for daily operations
- Manage and prioritize email communications
- Schedule and organize meetings effectively
- Research and arrange business and personal travel
Campaign Operations
- Support execution of social media campaigns
- Track campaign performance and engagement
- Assist with content calendar management
- Maintain organized digital assets and resources
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management
- Demonstrated expertise in video editing, specifically for TikTok
- Proven track record of managing influencer relationships
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with travel planning and calendar management
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…
Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $5 per hour
- No benefits package included
