Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong graphic design skills to take ownership of our digital presence. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online audience, and delivering visually impactful designs that reflect our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials for use across digital channels
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives
• Create short-form video content, reels, and motion graphics (where necessary)
• Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to improve content performance and engagement
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling
• Run and optimize social media ad campaigns for increased reach and conversions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing design and social media work
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media scheduling platforms
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks remotely
