Job Title: Social media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication skills. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for social impact. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with organizational goals and campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective.
• Lead and communicate with volunteers and team members to coordinate social media initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Basic portfolio showcasing previous social media work, including design and content examples.
• Good design sense and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
