Job Title: Social Media Manager

• Oversee and manage assigned social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, etc.);
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow engagement and reach;
• Collaborate with internal creative & design teams to create posts aligned with the content calendar;
• Write creative and engaging captions, ensuring consistency in brand tone;
• Engage with followers to build a loyal online community;
• Plan and execute unique campaigns tailored to each platform, including giveaways, promo code activations, ambassador collaborations and others;
• Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements based on results;
• Use analytics tools, monitor platform performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc);
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization;
• Review competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in strategy and content ideas;
• Cooperate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.

We need your professional experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing social media platforms;
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content;
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools;
• Understanding of platform algorithms and trends, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
