Photoruum is looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing. This is a fully remote unpaid position.

Duration: 3 months.

Responsibilities

• The intern creates and curates content for the brand’s social media channels. The intern will write captions, research relevant hashtags for specific content and come up with new ideas for posts to keep the brand’s social media channels fresh and engaging.
• The intern is responsible for managing the brand’s social media channels, including, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. The intern will respond to comments and messages, monitor mentions, and engage with the brand’s followers.
• The intern will track and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, to evaluate the effectiveness of their social media strategies. The intern will use these insights to create a detailed monthly report, adjust their strategies and optimize their social media campaigns.
• The intern will build relationships with the brand’s audience and influencers to increase engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• A keen interest and love for photography
• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Communication skills
• Not enrolled in any tertiary institution (preferred)
• Detail-oriented and motivated self-starter
• Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
