Social Media Manager (NYSC Intern) at Friki Digital Ltd, Abuja, Nigeria

Are you a creative, organized, and results-driven social media enthusiast with a flair for design? Friki Digital is looking for a Social Media Marketer who can ideate, create, and manage content across platforms—and bring stories to life visually using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging content strategies (graphics, captions, reels, carousels) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Design eye-catching social media creatives using Canva or equivalent tools
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts consistently
• Track engagement metrics and report on performance
• Collaborate with our creative and brand teams to maintain a cohesive digital voice
• Stay updated with trends in social media, design, and e-commerce
• Supporting the creative team in executing brand strategies
• Researching and reporting on digital trends and competitors.

You’re a Great Fit If:

• You’re currently serving (NYSC) in Abuja, and are open to remote
• You can use Canva to design flyers, social media posts, and carousels
• You have a passion for storytelling, branding, and marketing
• You understand how Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok work for businesses
• You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and content strategy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a bonus
