Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Social Media Strategist to lead our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hands-on experience in growing social media platforms for a brand, with a proven track record in increasing the followers base, engagement, and conversions via storytelling. Who can also create, manage, and execute compelling content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience, aiming for a minimum 20% annual increase in followers and engagement.

Content Creation Oversight: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to boost organic reach by at least 25%. Develop and implement strategies for diverse, multilingual, and multinational markets.

Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance and growth of the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Proven experience managing social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C sectors.

Community Engagement: Ensure the team effectively monitors and responds to user interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing customer queries and concerns promptly, aiming to increase community engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data, targeting a 15% increase in conversions. Analyze and optimize social media performance across languages and regions, with data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversions.

Campaign Execution: Plan and oversee the execution of organic social media campaigns, work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels, contributing to an overall increase in brand recognition.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve, targeting at least one viral campaign per quarter.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach, aiming for an increase in influencer-driven traffic.

Crisis Management: Handle social media crises with professionalism and composure, ensuring the brand’s reputation is protected and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, personas and demographics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts through organic and paid strategies.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
