Job Title: Social Media Translator

Are you passionate about languages and social media? We’re seeking a skilled Social Media Translator to join our Acquisition team. If you excel at bridging language gaps, creating engaging content, and driving communication with Malaysian and Chinese audiences, this role is your gateway to making a significant impact in the iGaming industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• 🌐 Translate & Localize: Accurately translate social media content from English to Malaysian & Chinese and vice-versa, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement.
• 📊 Content Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of localized social media content, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• ✍️ Content Creation & Market Research: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and culturally appropriate social media posts, graphics, and videos. Stay updated on social media trends and cultural nuances in Malaysia/SEA.
• 🗣️ Community Engagement: Engage and communicate with our Malaysian/Chinese-speaking community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and friendly manner.
• 🗂️ Administrative Tasks: Submit requests for CRM and CM teams, create and update reports, assist with templated emails, and manage meetings and action plans.
• 📅 Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking and allocating funds internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• 🗣️ Language Proficiency: Native proficiency in Malaysian/Chinese and fluent in English.
• 📝 Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills in Malaysian/Chinese, with a keen eye for detail.
• 📈 Task Management: Ability to manage multiple translation tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 📱 Platform Proficiency: Experience with Twitter, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, TikTok, and Kick.
• 🛠️ Social Media Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., HypeAudior, Sprout).
• 🎓 Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 📜 Translation Experience: Proven experience in content translation, particularly social media posts, marketing materials, or other digital content.
