JOB TITLE: SPA BUSINESS MANAGER

Location: Benin City, Nigeria.

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Business Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of The Ore Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement core business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
-Manage and lead a team of spa professionals including therapist
-Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
-Analyze sales data and market trends including gap analysis to inform business decisions
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
-Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Salary: N800,000 -N1,000,000

Qualifications:

• BSC in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in spa management or a related field.

• Familiarity with spa software and technology

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Spa management or industry certifications (e.g., ISPA, Spa Management Certification).
