Job Title: Specialist, Onboarding
To design, test and deploy iterative tactics (in response to changing market conditions) to effectively onboard and entrench customers to drive increased value extraction for Affluent / Main Market / Youth segment (e.g., activation, retention, adoption, usage of digital, re-engagement of services, etc.). To maximize the opportunity to ensure all NTB customers are properly onboard from day 0 and ensure they are active on digital channels, carded, proofer information on some products if required
Qualifications
- First Degree
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in retail/private banking
- Familiar with the bank’s products, operational processes, and policies
