n8n is a company going places fast, and this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

We are looking for someone providing a helping hand to our community whenever needed. The community includes paying users of our SaaS offering n8n cloud as well as self-hosters using either our free Community Edition or a paid subscription.

You will get a chance to set your own standard for delighting our customers and develop a deep knowledge of the low code landscape.

Requirements

  • Empathetic and strong communicator
  • Tech support experience & passion for automation
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Docker
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Love learning new technologies
  • Bonus points:
    • Process automation experience
    • Working knowledge of K8s
