Support Operations Coordinator at Fleetworthy, Remote (United States)

The Support Operations Coordinator role is a great entry point into Fleetworthy and is responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks related to serving our internal & external customers efficiently and effectively, learning the intricacies of toll along the way. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Process existing customers’ toll and violations data as needed 
• Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies, and communicate ideas and suggestions 
• Update existing SOPs as needed; collaborate on the creation of SOPs for new and evolving processes  
• Research and troubleshoot issues, occasionally in collaboration with toll agency partners and cross-functional internal teams. 
• Leverage Salesforce CRM for internal and customer communications
• New accounts setup 

  Experience and Competencies

• Commitment to delivering the right outcomes and results

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook, preferred 
• Possesses and demonstrates Fleetworthy Core Competencies and Values 
• HS diploma/GED; Associate/Bachelors’ degree a plus  

Compensation Range:

• $35,000 to $40,000 USD Yearly
