Support Operations Coordinator at Fleetworthy, Remote (United States)
The Support Operations Coordinator role is a great entry point into Fleetworthy and is responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks related to serving our internal & external customers efficiently and effectively, learning the intricacies of toll along the way.Â
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Process existing customers’ toll and violations data as neededÂ
- Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies, and communicate ideas and suggestionsÂ
- Update existing SOPs as needed; collaborate on the creation of SOPs for new and evolving processes Â
- Research and troubleshoot issues, occasionally in collaboration with toll agency partners and cross-functional internal teams.Â
- Leverage Salesforce CRM for internal and customer communications
- New accounts setupÂ
  Experience and CompetenciesÂ

- Commitment to delivering the right outcomes and resultsÂ
- A growth mindsetÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook, preferredÂ

- HS diploma/GED; Associate/Bachelors’ degree a plus Â
Compensation Range:
- $35,000 to $40,000 USD Yearly
